Our CPR, AED, and First Aid course provides essential, hands-on training that prepares participants to respond quickly and confidently to medical emergencies. This class teaches how to recognize and manage cardiac arrest, choking, breathing problems, bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, and other common injuries. Participants will practice using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and performing CPR on adults, children, and infants following the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

What to Expect

This class is taught by AHA-certified instructors using a mix of video instruction, hands-on practice, and skills assessment. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to kneel on the floor for CPR practice.
